Visitor attributes identify visitors based on characteristics like location, browser, device type, and so on.
About visitor attributes
When you create segments and outcomes, you define conditional expressions that contain an attribute and an operator.
Visitor attributes identify visitors based on characteristics like location, browser, device type, and so on. When you define a condition that includes a visitor attribute, Genesys Predictive Engagement matches visitors based on whether have (or do not have) the characteristic.Types of visitor attributes
