Web messaging overview

Web messaging is an asynchronous, authenticated messaging experience that provides persistence across browser sessions. Unlike web chat, if a visitor closes and reopens their browser, or leaves and returns to your web site, it doesn't result in a new conversation with the visitor.

Configuration and deployment
