See details about a customer and their visit history.
Prerequisites
Configure the following permissions in PureCloud:
- Journey > Customer > View permission (to see information about existing customers)
- Journey > Event > View permission (to see events on the customer journey map)
- Journey > Visit > View permission (to see live tracking information about visitors who are currently on your website)
About the customer
View details such as the customer's name and status.
Visit details
Genesys Predictive Engagement automatically shows information for the current visit. To see a different visit, click it in the list. Genesys Predictive Engagement displays the customer journey map, segments assigned, and outcome scores specifically for the visit you select.
