Genesys Customer Experience Insights (GCXI) is a service available with the Genesys Engage cloud private edition offering. GCXI can provide meaningful reports only if Genesys Info Mart and Reporting and Analytics Aggregates (RAA) are deployed and available; deploy GCXI only after you have deployed both Genesys Info Mart and RAA.
