About actions
Actions are the methods in which you can use Genesys Predictive Engagement to engage with your users. Actions are organized in the Action Library.
Overview
An action map defines when and how you use Genesys Predictive Engagement to interact with a specific set of users on your website. You can build any number of action maps, depending on your business needs. For each action map, you will select one action. An action is the specific method of engagement: for example, a webchat, content offer, or webhook.
