Custom attributes
A custom attribute is any extra information that you want to send to Genesys Predictive Engagement through a call to ac ('record').
For example, an ecommerce site might add a 'packageDeliveryStatus' attribute to segment users whose packages have been shipped.
You can use custom attributes and operators to build conditions for segments, outcomes, and action maps.Important
