Accessing Docker Container
To access within Docker container, use the following commands.
- Change the directory of command prompt in CentOS/7 to
/Shared
- Change the directory of command prompt to
/var/lib/docker/volumes
docker exec -it (docker image name) /bin/bash
- For example:
docker exec -it shared_kafka-3_1 /bin/bash
- For example:
ps -efw |grep -i kafka
top
It can be used to check the CPU memory and RAM usage of Docker containers at any instance of time.
