Describes the support documentation for Genesys Multicloud CX services.

Please refer to the Genesys Multicloud CX Customer Care Support Guide. Note that from time to time the service itself may include certain communications from Genesys such as service announcements, administrative messages, and notices. To that end, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such communications are considered part of the service, and the customer will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
