About your usage

Genesys Predictive Engagement is priced on a per-event basis. Genesys Predictive Engagement, measures usage for the following types of events:

• Web events
• Custom events
  

View your usage

Monitor your Genesys Predictive Engagement usage in the Subscription section of Genesys Cloud.

Usage counts are updated daily. When you view your usage, you see the total number of events as of the previous day.
