Cloud Data Download Service entered End of Life (EOL) on March 31, 2023. It reaches End of Support on March 31, 2024. If you have questions, contact your account representative.
Administrator
Use the Data Download application to export and download your contact center data. Get started.
Developer
You can also create a custom application to get your contact center data using the Data Download Service API.
