Highlight * Create Consent Lists containing information about customers who have explicitly consented to receive outbound calls, emails, or SMS messages.
  • Optionally use Sender ID-level suppression for SMS and Email channels.
  • External Pre-Dial Validation, enabling the addition of a custom pre-dial validation step (a type of Compliance Rule) together with or in place of standard CX Contact pre-dial validation.
