Data availability
As a cloud-based product,Genesys Predictive Engagement receives data from visitors in timezones around the globe. Genesys Predictive Engagement uses Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) as the standard of precision for time-sensitive information.
At midnight in Ireland, (UTC +1), Genesys Predictive Engagement processes all of the visitor activity data for that day. Complete data about today's visitor activity is available after Genesys Predictive Engagement has completed its analysis. This is usually 4-6 hours after the processing begins.Important
- When you view a report, you select the date range for the data it shows. The date picker automatically restricts you from selecting an end date for which data processing is imcomplete. However, if you override this date manually and specify an end range that includes today's date, you may see only a partial set of data.
- If two users in different timezones look at the same report at the same local time, they they may see different data.
