Altocloud presents contextual information about your visitor's history with your website and company.

How chats appear

Altocloud automatically displays a chat window whena visitor takes a specific action, such as requesting a quote or clicking a Chat Now button.


If the visitor accepts the chat, Altocloud initiates a chat interaction that is routed to your queue.
