Template: PDMTable

This is the main template used to capture table details and to format the display on table pages in the Library book. The display calls separate query templates to populate information about columns (Template:PDMColumnQuery), indexes (Template:PDMIndexQuery), subject areas (Template:PDMSubjAreaQuery), and references (Template:PDMRefQuery for that table.

This template has been modified from the one originally developed for Ponydocs. Since it no longer needs to cover ICON, some parameters fall away.

In addition to the Cargo markup, it includes the markup to format the display on Library book pages, which includes the PDMColumn query.
