Template: PDMIndex

THIS TEMPLATE DOES NOTHING. It used to be the wrapper for index content on table pages in the Library book. It has been retained in case it is needed in the future, and because calls to this template are in the PDM markup throughout the reporting suite. The display and formatting of index-related content is now controlled by Template:PDMIndexQuery, which is called by Template:PDMTable (for Library books) and Template:PDMTablePageFormat (for customer-facing pages).
