Deploy the Altocloud plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition.
The Altocloud Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition presents Altocloud customer journey data to PureEngage agents through the ALTOCLOUD tab in the agent desktop. Key deployment features for the Altocloud Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition include:
- Support for both ClickOnce and Non-ClickOnce deployments with Workspace Desktop Edition
- Access control by roles and permissions
- HTTP forward proxy for outgoing traffic from agent workstation
