Template: PDMs SubjectArea

This is the main template to capture subject area details for Cargo and to format the Subject Area page in the Library book. It uses the supplementary formatting template Template:PDMDiagramLink to insert the graphic, and includes a Cargo query to populate the "Subject Area Dimensional Model" table of links to the applicable tables and views in the Library book.
