Macro to streamline links from the Library book to the RDBMS-specific PDMs, given that the latter use a different version and Template:Link-SomewhereInThisProduct doesn't seem to work.
The template requires two parameters -- |topic and |linkText -- and accepts an optional |anchor parameter.
