Add boilerplate text for various Private Edition mentions.<br>Use this syntax:
1 = Highlights, 2 = New, 3 = Inline, 4 = Arbitrary UID, single-ns = single namespace, gke-eap-high = highlight for GKE, gke-eap-new = GKE new support , gke-eap-new-date = month (use with gke-eap-new),
