|Content=Previously, on the re-join action to an asynchronous chat session (POST request to /nexus/v3/chat/sessions with x-nexus-client-key provided), Digital Channels did not allow changes to the parameters of the chat session, including but not limited to, user data, endpoint, and stream.  Now, there is optional functionality which allows updating of user data of the chat session and active interaction (if any).  All of the user data sent in a re-join request will be added to the session and/or interaction if the feature is enabled.  To enable the feature, change the value of the option {{updateUserDataOnSessionReJoin}} in {{chat}} section of the Digital Channels Administrator.
