The name of the content area under which this workspace belongs, like Genesys Multicloud CX, Genesys Cloud, and so on, per the drop-down list.
The name that displays for this workspace. For example, for a product, it would be the product name. For content that covers a particular capability, like artificial intelligence, you could use that name in the title.
A short code becomes part of the URL for this workspace, manuals, and articles associated with this workspace. For example, if you are creating a workspace for a product, GAMD is the short code for Genesys Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
A prefix is only needed if there is a potential conflict with another product that might use the same workspace name. If you think there might be, contact Barry. Otherwise, skip this field.
