|Content=You can now enable functionality in Digital Channels to automatically check whether a Facebook post or public Tweet has been deleted prior to an agent replying to it.  A proper error message will be displayed to help reduce wasted time.  This feature can be enabled in Digital Channels Administrator by enabling Nexus UX option “Enable Pre-Validation for Public Comments/Posts."  (NEXUS-9949, NEXUS-11242)
