New page

Why use the Engage Widget?
Nowadays, websites are attracting more customers by using widgets that include alluring information that provokes the customer to click on something. Genesys provides two types of widgets under the Engage umbrella: Invite and Offer widgets.

The Invite Widget allows you to showcase something important or commendable about your business, which invites the customer to learn more or to contact an agent about the topic.

The Offers Widget allows a customer to view a product or promotion you are running on your website. Say you have a brand new product you'd like to showcase, and you're offering it at a discount for the first so many customers.

'Interaction Lifecycle'. This is a sequence of events that tracks progress and choices from the beginning of an interaction (opening Engage Offers), to the end (closing Offers)
