About OAuth with Altocloud

OAuth is an open authorization standard that allows systems to share data without requiring agents to log in to both systems.

For the purposes of Altocloud, you must create an OAuth application for each of your PureEngage servers, so that agents who use those servers can access the Altocoud server directly.

Important
Your users will still need to log in to PureEngage. In addition, in order to access to the Altocloud data, users must have the appropriate roles and permissions.
