Maximum entities allowed for a custom event

View the maximum number of entities that you can create for a custom event.
Genesys Predictive Engagement is pre-configured with a limit on the number of entities you can create for a custom event. As an administrator, you cannot increase or decrease the limits set. However, should you have further questions, please reach out to your local Genesys representative. Contact My Support.
The following table lists the maximum number of entities you can create for a custom event:
